Yesle Yi is a Partner at Washingtonian Law, where she is a leader in the real estate finance industry, having represented lenders, investors, consumers, and trustees in real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges, and other disputes that arise within transactions. Her practice includes the acquisition and sale of real estate – commercial and residential, leasing, representing consumers in short sales and debt collection and representing lenders in financing transactions, and often clearing title.

Yesle’s capacity to fully communicate with clients and other parties in both Korean and English is an asset to many of her clients who have cultural and language barriers. She is very actively involved in her church community and lives with her family in Maryland. She came to America with her family when she was 18 months old and grew up in the south (Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee), so she has a deep love for Southern comfort food and loves sports and fishing.
